At our school, we place a strong emphasis on the 5Rs – Reflective, Respectful, Reciprocal, Resourceful, and Resilient. These values underpin our learning and behaviour, helping every child to grow as both a learner and a member of our community. Each week, our assemblies focus on one of the 5Rs, giving children the opportunity to reflect on what it looks like in action. We also celebrate achievements through certificates that are linked to the 5Rs, recognising pupils who show these qualities in their learning and interactions. This ensures that the 5Rs are not just words on a poster, but a living part of daily school life.
